We are committed to transparency and ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly to support your skincare journey.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During this time, we prepare your Glass Skin Ritual—including your Collagen Peptide Serum, Jade Roller, Gua Sha Tool, Korean Hydration Sheet Mask, and Konjac Facial Sponge—for secure transit. In exceptional circumstances, handling will never exceed 5 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide clear and transparent shipping rates for our customers in the United Kingdom. All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch.

  • United Kingdom: Delivery to United Kingdom takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Cost: Free (£0.00) for all orders.

In exceptional circumstances, handling will never exceed 5 days and delivery will never exceed 15 days from dispatch. If you have not received your order within this safety net period, please contact our support team immediately.

Shipping Delay Disclaimer

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control—including courier delays, extreme weather, or postal strikes—may occasionally impact delivery windows. In accordance with UK consumer law, we will ensure your goods are delivered without undue delay and within the maximum 15-day safety net window.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's progress via the courier's website to stay informed about your Glass Skin Ritual delivery.

Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Yura Skin cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If a delivery is missed, please follow the instructions provided by the courier regarding redelivery or collection from a local depot to avoid the parcel being returned to sender.

Returns & Faulty Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
  • Faulty Goods: If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
