Yura Skin specializes in Korean Beauty, specifically our "Glass Skin Ritual" which includes our Collagen Peptide Serum, Jade Roller & Gua Sha Tool, Hydration Sheet Mask, and Konjac Facial Sponge. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ on your screen due to device settings. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products offered to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis. Our subscription model offers a cost-effective alternative to department store serums; by subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency specified during your checkout process.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Yura Skin reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Yura Skin confirms acceptance via a dispatch confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Our advertised subscription model allows customers to pay less than $1.34 a day—significantly less than the cost of a single pump of many department store serums. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent that (i) the payment information you provide is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to United Kingdom takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. In exceptional circumstances, handling will never exceed 5 days and delivery will never exceed 15 days from dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are displayed during the checkout process.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at support@yura-skin.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
